Tomasz Drybala is the founder of the Neuro-Based Leadership Centre and the lead researcher behind the neurochemical study of CEO decision-making.
His work focuses on measuring and regulating the feedback loops that shape how CEOs make decisions, execute, and recover — operating at the level where perception is formed, before behaviour becomes visible.
His research draws on over 3,000 hours of field study with CEOs and senior executives in the UK technology sector, alongside targeted programmes at Harvard, Cambridge, Oxford, and the University of California, Berkeley.
